May | Favourites

Hello everyone! I hope you aren't having a terrible Monday, and getting out of bed wasn't too hard this morning. Today I am going to share with you my May favourites, and this is my first ever favourites post so lets hope it isn't a complete flop (because I seem to always stick with the products I know).

So to start off, I would just like to acknowledge that I have hit pan with my Collection Blush in the shade Trouble. I absolutely love this blush and it is so natural and easy to wear. You don't need to worry about whether you've got too much product on the brush, because it is such a soft and subtle colour. I've been using this as my everyday blush for over a year now and I haven't found a blush that is as easy and perfect as this one.

Next is the L'Oreal False Lash Flutter Mascara which has been rediscovered in the past week, and is back to being one of my most favourite mascaras again. For some reason, my lashes always clump together very easily. It may be due to my technique or something, but this mascara doesn't do this AND it gives me great volume. I had been using the Lancome Hypnos mascara and I thought that was a miracle worker UNTIL I decided to pop on the good old L'Oreal. It is half the price, yet equally or (gasp) even better than the Lancome one!

Something that I have been using constantly has been the EOS lip balm in sweet mint which you can get from Selfridges. I love the feeling just after you put it on, as it makes your lips kind of tingly (which makes me feel like its doing something). I have to admit, I don't actually think it is the best moisturising lip product ever, but it does smell amazing! It is so minty and refreshing! I would buy it just for the amazing smell and taste (my boyfriend even likes it hehe). I definitely will buy another one in a different flavour.

So since it is summer now, I like to just wear a very light kind of scent, so I picked up this body spray from H&M for £1.99 which is a bargain. I find that it's not too overpowering and is perfect for everyday. It's the scent melon, and let me tell you, it is amazing! It is absolutely perfect for summer and I'm not too scared to use it up because it is as cheap as 2 chocolate bars.

Now my final favourites is the Organix Renewing Argan Oil of Morocco Shampoo and Conditioner. This smells absolutely amazing, and I love what it has been doing to my hair. My hair is so prone to split ends that I have to use oils to protect it and to make it a lot softer. I love using this product and it has definitely made my hair a lot shinier and has given it a lot more volume. I would definitely recommend checking it out.
